The Department of Water and Power is one of the most well-guarded skate spots in downtown LA. It's that spot, and the prison. The best benches in the downtown area too. This guy saw me lurking, and if I wasn't going to be able to skate, I was at least going to grab a snap.

LRG Session (Finally) + Footage

My apologies to Beto, Jeremy, and Sterling for the delay. Here is the footage from the LRG warehouse. It's this sick huge place with clothing racks as far as the eye can see with a (super) fun box, and a mini ramp with a vert extension. I want more!

Rainy Day Skating

It was raining, and we shot with two different cameras, this was the best one obviously with this sick lens we used.  This may be some of the worst footage ever. Enjoy skate filming that supercedes anything every shot by Ty Evans.

This project is so sick. There's a program called Furnace that allows you to separate moving images from still or slow moving images to create beautifully composed and shot projects like this one. I don't know if that's what was used, but I wouldn't be surprised. This is no rotoscope job anyone wants.
