Reebok Pumps

You may remember stepping on the playground/courts and seeing kids getting ready to play - pumpin fat tongues. The skate-fashion version of this was stuffing tongues from older shoes underneath the tongue of your shoes. "Dope 'em out" - AKA the Geoff Clough.
